Was a little iffy with her first rating being a 1 star but I have to hand it to Kirsten, she was spot on. It’s taking that chance and also understanding that things happen for a reason. Kirsten was very thorough and very understanding and said things I never mentioned to anyone before. Definitely appreciate the help today!!
